Lorene is new to Milner Community Health Care but has been in long term care for many years.  As Administrator, h leads all aspects of this facility.  Lorene lives in the Delphi area where all of her 4 children graduated.  She is very familiar with Milner Community Health Care having lived in the area for the last 27 years.  Lorene loves sewing, cooking and gardening.

David has been with Milner since May 2001.  As Director of Environmental Services he oversees all aspects of Maintenance, Laundry and Housekeeping.  David graduated from Rossville High School and attending Purdue University.  David and his wife Tonya have a combined seven children.  By using humor and positive reinforcement, he is proud of the quality of care his employees provide the residents.  In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family.

Jackie has been with Milner since July 2005.  As Director of Human Resources she is in charged of all personnel issues.  Prior to Milner, Jackie was as Human Resource Manager in a Lafayette factory for 28 years.  Jackie has lived in Rossville for 15 years.  She has 2 grown children and 2 granddaughters.  In her spare time, Jackie enjoys reading, watching sports and spending time with her family.

Mandy has been with Milner since January 2000.  As Director of Resident and Family Services she does all admissions to the facility and oversees Social Services, Activities and Dietary.  She received her Management degree from Manchester College.  Mandy and her husband live in the Rossville area with their 2 daughters.  In her spare time, Mandy enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and reading.

Cheryl has been with Milner since April 2006.  As Director of Nursing she oversees all aspects of the Nursing Department.  She graduated from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing in Lafayette and from Lockyear College earning a LTCA license.  Cheryl has spent 41 years in the medical field.  Cheryl lives in the Monticello area with her husband of 35 years.  In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family which included 1daughter, 3 stepchildren, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-granddaughter.  She also enjoys living in the country, reading, crocheting and bible study.
