Milner Village

The building consists of a four-flex with each unit being a two-bedroom unit with 1050 square feet of living space.  Each living unit is furnished with appliances, water softener, salt, and mini-blinds.  The unit also comes with an attached one-car garage.

Village residents are responsible for normal living expenses such as utilities, cable TV, phone, etc.  Milner will cover the cost of maintenance of appliances, water softener salt, grounds care (mowing and snow removal), and weekly trash pick-up.

Milner Village is a community of independent and self-sustaining living options for older adults.  The community is designed for active retired people 60 years of age and older.  Milner Village offers residents an independent living environment without the worry of many day-to-day responsibilities.

Milner Payment Options Available:

 

1.  After fifteen years of occupancy in said unit, the resident will be eligible for a 50% guaranteed refund.

 

2.  After fifteen years the lease is considered earned in its entirety.

 

3.  A monthly rental agreement.
