· Three balanced meals served in  assisted living dining room

· Weekly housekeeping services

· Weekly flat linen service (bed linens and towels)

· Bathing assistance twice per week

· Emergency nursing services available with call lights in each apartment

· Spiritual, social , recreational, and educational programs

· All utilities except phone and cable

· Individually climate controlled rooms

· Fire alarm with sprinkler system

· Sit down showers with grab bars and hand held shower heads

· Resident laundry rooms

· Window treatment

· Individual storage units

· Open visitation

· Parking

· Must be 62 years of age or older

· Must have the financial resources to pay the assessed fees (proof of financial responsibility required).

· Must be able independently mobile (assistive devices may be used).

· Must be able to manage their activities of daily living independently or with minimal assistance.

· Must have minimal difficulty with orientation to time, place and  person.

· Physician must certify each resident’s appropriateness for assisted living.

· Final determination regarding eligibility rests with Administration.
